What Is My Schedule provides staff-scheduling software for salon franchises, including schedule generation, time-off management, and notifications. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
Accounts are created by franchise owners or managers for themselves and their employees. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another franchise's data, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service may send you email and, where your employer enables it and you have not opted out, SMS notifications about your schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS. See our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out instructions (reply STOP).
As between you and us, your franchise's data belongs to your franchise. We process it to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and any necessary consents to provide employee information (including phone numbers) to the Service.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data delays, or third-party services (such as POS systems or messaging carriers).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bruton Intelligence LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment, where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
